A shampoo containing the active 2% ketoconazole, which is a type of medicine called an antifungal. It is used to treat infections with fungi and yeasts. Dandrazol Shampoo works by destroying malassezia (and other fungi) and can be used to treat and prevent fungal infections on the scalp and body such as dandruff.
