Fucibet Lipid Cream

Fucibet Lipid Cream combines the well-known anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects of betamethasone with the topical antibacterial action of fusidic acid. Betamethasone valerate is a topical steroid that is rapidly effective in inflammatory dermatoses that normally respond to this form of therapy. More refractory conditions can often be treated successfully. When applied topically, fusidic acid is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Corynebacterium, Neisseria and certain clostridia and Bacteroides. Guselkumab (Tremfya)

Guselkumab is a human IgG1λ monoclonal antibody (mAb) that binds selectively to the interleukin 23 (IL-23) protein with high specificity and affinity. IL-23, a regulatory cytokine, affects the differentiation, expansion and survival of T cell subsets and innate immune cell subsets, which represent sources of effector cytokines, including IL-17A, IL-17F and IL-22 that drive inflammatory disease. Levels of IL-23 are elevated in the skin of patients with plaque psoriasis. In in vitro models, guselkumab was shown to inhibit the bioactivity of IL-23 by blocking its interaction with cell surface IL-23 receptor, disrupting IL-23-mediated signaling, activation and cytokine cascades. Guselkumab exerts clinical effects in plaque psoriasis through blockade of the IL-23 cytokine pathway.

Hedrin

Hedrin solution contains dimeticone, which is used in many pharmaceutical and cosmetic preparations. A 4% concentration has been found to affect the physico-physiological activity of lice. It is less effective in its ovicidal activity and therefore two applications, 7 days apart, are required. It contains no neurotoxic organophosphate insecticides and acts by a physical process that covers the lice and disrupts their ability to manage their water balance so that treated insects fail to excrete surplus water. Its activity is not diminished in insecticide-resistant head lice
