A water-repellent barrier cream with antiseptic properties. It contains cetrimide 0.3% w/w, an effective antiseptic used for wound cleansing. It also contains Dimeticone 1000 10 % w/w, which binds firmly to the skin surface and forms a protective barrier. The cream also contains arachis (peanut) oil.
