SilDerm Scar spray is a unique combination of medical grade silicones that have been designed to dry quickly on the skin. It’s best to use when the scar is too painful to touch, where large areas need to be covered and where people would prefer to apply a spray, rather than a gel.

A water-repellent barrier cream with antiseptic properties. It contains cetrimide 0.3% w/w, an effective antiseptic used for wound cleansing. It also contains Dimeticone 1000 10 % w/w, which binds firmly to the skin surface and forms a protective barrier. The cream also contains arachis (peanut) oil.
